This is premonitions open case report. here we put in the name of the court and then the name of the company .that we wish to look at and search we have under the Advanced Settings .the criteria that we're looking for basically it concerns us if someone has a win rate. Over seventy-five percent or below five percent and we're ideally looking for a minimum of five occurrences in the last three years. like that and we can go to see the number of cases. basically, this is really really simple. it shows all the open cases for that company and whether the company needs to worry about the case .so there are currently 65 open cases for Discover Bank in the County Florida 28 of them have been marked red 19 yellow and 18 green .so for red you have a problem with the judge or you have a problem with the opposing counsel or your counsel sample here to the point turmoil that only has a 25 percent success rate encountered these are all plaintiff cases for them less than half the time here that appointed lawyer who's had two appearances and hasn't had any wins.
