Founding Partner at Wolkov LLP, a corporate and transactional law firm. Before forming Wolkov LLP, Mr. Wolkov was a partner in the Corporate Department of a major international law firm. In addition to his geographical experience, Mr. Wolkov has experience within the infrastructure, health care, life sciences and biotech sectors. He has worked closely with developers and financiers in connection with the construction, development and financing of large-scale infrastructure projects in the U.S. and Latin America (e.g.power plants and toll-roads). He also has regularly represented a wide variety of health care and life sciences clients in connection with their transactional and general corporate needs. In 2010, he was honored by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as one of the “40 under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of Miami-Dade County”. Mr. Wolkov is active in community and charitable activities. He serves as a Director of The Overtown Music Project and also is actively involved with other organizations that build schools and educational programs in areas of Latin America affected by poverty and violence. Raised in London and Copenhagen, Mr. Wolkov is fluent in Danish. Living and working in Brazil and Mexico he is also conversational in Spanish and Portuguese. Mr. Wolkov is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
